To purchase on humsslippers.com you have to be at least 18 years old. We keep the right to cancel orders from people stating the wrong personal information and/or have payment remarks. Please review and verify your shipping address on all orders. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive because an incorrect shipping address. Your IP number is saved at every order. False orders will be reported to the police.



We guarantee that the items you ordered are flawless by delivery. Should you receive a defect or wrong item you must contact our customer service within 14 days.We will then send you a return label and information about how to return the faulty item, together with an error report. We will then send you a new item immediately, alternatively make a repayment if prefered.



Actual colors may vary from colors shown on our website as a result of different computer displays or settings. Which is not cause for a free refund.

- Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice.
- Modify the Products and Services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate any Products and Services.
- Change prices and specifications at any time.
- Change these Terms and Conditions at any time.



In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Hum´s shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hum´s shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Hum`s shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the charge.

We save our clients’ information to make the ordering process easier for you. We also use the information provided to send you updates and newsletters (of course only from us and only upon your consent to such updates and newsletters). We assure you that we treat this information confidentially and that third part never get access to them. You can choose to opt out whenever you wish to.



Dispute caused on basis of these conditions shall be concluded in the Swedish court of law.



- All return freight costs are to be payed by the customer.
- For all returns (cancellation and change of orders) - email us at hello@hums.com and we will send you a return form by e-mail.
- The returned items must not be sent back as ”cash on delivery” or similar.
- As long as the items are unused and in flawless condition, we will take it back and make a refund. We would appreciate if you would fill in our own attached return form and include it together with the returned products.
- Upon receipt of the returned items, If items are unused and in flawless condition we will make a full refund of the original purchase. Hum´s deduct the costs for shipping return cost when we make the refund.

Hum´s shall send the customer the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned goods by e-mail. The currency exchange rate for the credit shall be the same as the currency exchange rate of the original debit and consequently you shall not lose out in terms of bank interest.
